To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Extreme emergency cases (i.e. an animal is hit by a car) shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and Interac.
Announce yourself to our receptionist upon your arrival and let us know at that time of any changes to your file (i.e change of address, phone number, or new pet). For your convenience we have printable change of address forms that you can fill out and bring with you to your appointment in the forms section of this website.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
New to our clinic are PETID Cards!
Prior to seeing the veterinarian you may register your pet for our new pet ID cards and key chain. These cards have a picture of your pet, their medical and vaccine information and a list of future vaccination dates. For more information ask our front staff on your next visit.
